Grow Younger

If you always wondered why the ancient people lived for hundred of years, the answer is here. They had a different life style. No more, no less.

You want to live a long life and maintain health and youth, you want to grow younger than you are now, follow this simple rule: Follow the sun, move and meditate.

Follow the sun in two things. First, follow the sun with what you eat; eat what your own environment provide, don't eat exported and eat what your season provide. Second, rise with the sun and sleep when it sets.

Move. Just like us our muscles need to breathe. They do, only when we move. So, be as active as you can.

Finally, meditate. Meditate in the way you choose and prefer. Meditate to allow your soul stretch and expand. Meditate to relax and re-energize.
